Our menu, while organic, is also very much
traditional Greek, reflecting the heritage
of the owners / chefs Gino and Olina Nikolini's hometown
of Thessaloniki in the Macedonian region of Greece.
The selection of organically-grown meats and vegetables
plus our alternative preparation methods and our small-batch
approach to cooking allows for better, healthier
dining without compromising taste.
Because our food is so fresh, some items
on the menu may not be available at all times.
